How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card, Bizum or Paypal.
To be able to pay with Bizum, you must sign up for Bizum in your bank’s app. You will receive a four-digit PIN that you will be asked to enter when making e-commerce purchases.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Shipments are free of charge to Spain-peninsula and Balearic Islands.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a cost of 20€. Import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Shipments to Europe have a cost of 15€.
Shipping to the United States costs 35€.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum online order is €35.
What is the pricing policy?
All our prices are indicated in EUROS and are valid except for typographical errors.
In the event of an obvious error in the pricing in the product file, the price established for that product in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail.
Do you deliver everywhere in Spain?
Yes, we ship to the whole peninsula, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship all over Europe and the United States.
How long does delivery take?
In the peninsula you will receive your order within 24-48h.
In the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Europe and the United States the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you an email with the delivery details and a reference code so that you can track your delivery.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
Don’t worry, you can exchange your espadrilles for another size. Consult our Sizing Guide and choose the new size you need.
You have 14 days from receiving your order.
Write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting the new size. We will send you a confirmation email once we have checked that the new size is in stock.
Your item(s) should be returned to us in the same condition that you received them.
Our courier will collect the item(s) within 24-48 hours from the same delivery address.
Once we have received the item(s) at our warehouse, we will check their condition and proceed with the exchange.
Do I have to pay to exchange for another size?
For Spain-peninsula size exchanges are free of charge.
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla all costs arising from the change of size will be borne by the customer. Both round-trip transportation costs and customs clearance.
For Europe and the United States, size exchanges will be at the customer’s expense, both the return and the new shipment.
What should I do if I want to exchange the espadrilles for another colour?
We only accept exchanges for different sizes. Exchanges for different colours are considered a new order, so you would have to return the espadrilles and then place a new order.

How do I return an item?
Don‘t worry, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return any item(s).
To make the return, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will send you a confirmation email.
Our courier will collect the item(s) you wish to return within 24-48 hours from the same delivery address.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, the return postage will be paid by the customer.
In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the United States all costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer. Both transport costs and customs clearance.
How will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive your parcel and we check the item(s), we will reimburse the same amount (minus the return costs) to your credit card or PayPal account.
The refund could take up to 15 days depending on your bank.
What do I need to do to return the item(s)?
It is important that the espadrilles that you are going to return are in their original box, they must not be used or damaged. They must be in the same condition that you received them.
What would happen if my parcel does not meet all the return or exchange requirements?
If your parcel does not meet the conditions described above, Juncal Aguirre reserves the right to reject your return, i.e., if we receive your item(s) outside of the return period or the item(s) is/are not in their original condition. We would therefore send the espadrilles back to the same delivery address.
What happens if the items I receive are damaged or faulty?
In that case, write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve it as soon as possible.
