How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with a credit card or PayPal.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery is free to mainland Spain and the Balearic islands for orders over €60.
Delivery is €5 for orders under €60.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum online order is €35, which is the same as four face masks.
Do you deliver everywhere in Spain?
We currently do not deliver to the Canary islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
At present, we do not deliver internationally either.
How long does delivery take?
You will receive your order within 48-72 hours.
Can I track my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you an email with the delivery details and a reference code so that you can track your delivery.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
Don‘t worry, you can exchange your espadrilles for another size free of charge. Check our Sizing Guide and choose the size you need.
You have 14 days from receiving your order.
Send us an email at email@example.com your new size. We will send you a confirmation email once we have checked that the new size is in stock.
Your item(s) should be returned to us in the same condition that you received them.
Our courier will collect the item(s) within 24-48 hours from the same delivery address.
Once we have received the item(s) at our warehouse, we will check their condition and proceed with the exchange.
Do I have to pay to exchange for another size?
No, size exchanges are free of charge.
What should I do if I want to exchange the espadrilles for another colour?
We only accept exchanges for different sizes. Exchanges for different colours are considered a new order, so you would have to return the espadrilles and then place a new order.

How do I return an item?
Don‘t worry, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return any item(s).
If you wish to return any item(s), send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a confirmation email.
Our courier will collect the item(s) you wish to return within 24-48 hours from the same delivery address.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, you are responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us.
How will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive your parcel and we check the item(s), we will reimburse the same amount (minus the return costs) to your credit card or PayPal account.
The refund could take up to 15 days depending on your bank.
What do I need to do to return the item(s)?
You must make sure that the espadrilles that you are going to return are in their original box in an unworn, unused state. They must be in the same condition that you received them.
What would happen if my parcel does not meet all the return or exchange requirements?
If your parcel does not meet the conditions described above, Juncal Aguirre reserves the right to reject your return, i.e., if we receive your item(s) outside of the return period or the item(s) is/are not in their original condition. We would therefore send the espadrilles back to the same delivery address.
What happens if the items I receive are damaged or faulty?
If you receive damaged or faulty items, please email us at email@example.com and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
