This legal notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) regulates the use of the service of the Internet portal www.juncalaguirre.com (hereinafter, the “Web”) of CALZANOR S.L with registered office at C/ HILANDERAS, 34 – ED VELASCO, Irun, 20303, GIPUZKOA with CIF B20161725.

Con carácter general, las relaciones entre CALZANOR S.L. y los Usuarios de sus servicios telemáticos, presentes en la web, se encuentran sometidas a la legislación y jurisdicción españolas.
Las partes renuncian expresamente al fuero que pudiera corresponderles y se someten expresamente a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Irún para resolver cualquier controversia que pueda surgir en la interpretación o ejecución de las presentes condiciones contractuales.

The User is informed, and accepts, that access to the present web does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a commercial relationship with CALZANOR S.L
The owner of the website does not identify with the opinions expressed on it by its collaborators. The Company reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate in its website, and may change, delete or add both content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.

In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD of 27 April 2016, CALZANOR S.L informs the User of the existence of an automated treatment of personal data created by and for CALZANOR S.L and under its responsibility, with the aim of maintaining and managing the relationship with the User, as well as providing information. At the time of acceptance of the present general conditions, CALZANOR S.L. will require from the User the collection of some essential data for the provision of its services.
